1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how EdVixa Learning Solutions (“EdVixa”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you visit edvixa.in, submit an enquiry, or enrol in a course. Our office is at #2733, First Floor, 16th Cross, 27th Main, Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore – 560 102.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us — when you use the enquiry form, newsletter box, WhatsApp or phone: your name, phone number, email address, the course or track you’re interested in, your preferred learning mode, and any message you send us.
Enrolment information — if you join a course, additional details needed for admission, attendance, assessments, certificates and placement support.
Technical information — basic data your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the website working and to understand general usage.

3. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and provide course counselling.
To share batch schedules, fees, joining details and course-related updates.
To deliver training, track attendance and assessments, issue certificates, and provide placement assistance.
To send occasional information about new courses, offers or events — you can opt out of these at any time by replying “STOP” or emailing us.
To maintain records, meet legal or accounting requirements, and improve our website and services.

4. How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with our trainers and placement team, so they can teach you and refer you to hiring companies;
with hiring partners during the placement process, with your knowledge;
with service providers that help us operate — for example our website host, our form-delivery service, and email tools — who may only use the data to provide that service to us;
where required by law, or to protect our rights, staff or property.

5. Forms on this website

Enquiry and newsletter submissions on this site are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service. The data in those submissions is sent to info@edvixa.in and handled as described in this policy.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website may use a small number of cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and to measure general traffic. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not work fully if you do.

7. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable period afterwards. Enrolment and certificate records are kept longer, as required for our records and any legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see section 8).

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, stop sending you marketing messages, or delete your information where we are not required to keep it. To make a request, email info@edvixa.in or call 94488 32577. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to limit who can access it.

10. Links to other websites

This website may link to other sites (for example a map, a partner, or a social page). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites; please review their own policies.

11. Children

Our courses and this website are intended for adults and for students enrolling with the knowledge of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children without such consent.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “last updated” date shown above.
