1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EdVixa Learning Solutions website (edvixa.in) and your enrolment in any course, workshop or programme offered by EdVixa Learning Solutions (“EdVixa”, “we”, “us”), a training centre located at #2733, First Floor, 16th Cross, 27th Main, Sector 1, HSR Layout, Bangalore – 560 102. By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Enquiries and enrolment

Submitting the enquiry form or contacting us does not by itself confirm a seat in any batch. Enrolment is confirmed only after the required fee (or agreed instalment) is paid and a confirmation is issued by our office.
Course content, software modules, batch schedules, trainers, duration and delivery mode (classroom or online) may be revised to keep the training current with industry practice. We will inform enrolled learners of material changes.
Some advanced courses may require basic prior knowledge. Our counsellor will advise you of any prerequisites before you enrol.
Minimum batch sizes may apply. If a batch cannot be started, we will offer an alternative batch, a different mode, or a refund of fees paid for that course.

3. Fees and payments

Course fees are quoted on enquiry and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Fees must be paid as per the schedule agreed at the time of enrolment. Access to classes, lab time and study material may be withheld if payments are overdue.
Fees paid are non-transferable to another person without our written consent.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility depends on when a request is made relative to the batch start date and the number of sessions attended. Registration or admission charges, and any third-party examination or licence fees already paid on your behalf, are non-refundable. 5. Attendance and conduct

Regular attendance is expected. Certificates and placement support may depend on meeting a minimum attendance and completing assessments or project work.
Learners must use lab equipment, software and facilities responsibly and must not install unauthorised software or share licences.
We may suspend or terminate a learner’s enrolment, without refund, for behaviour that disrupts training, damages property, or breaches these terms.

6. Certificates

On successful completion of a course — including required attendance, assessments and project work — you will receive a course-completion certificate from EdVixa Learning Solutions. Where a course prepares you for a third-party or vendor certification exam, that exam, its fees and its result are governed by the respective certifying body, not by EdVixa.

7. Placement assistance

“100% placement assistance” means we support eligible learners with aptitude preparation, resume building, interview practice and referrals to hiring companies through our network, for a reasonable period after course completion. It is support to help you find a job; it is not a guarantee of employment or of any particular salary, role or timeline. Placement support is available to learners who complete the course, meet attendance and assessment requirements, and actively participate in the placement process.

8. Course materials and intellectual property

All notes, presentations, exercise files, recordings and other material provided during a course are for your personal learning use only. You may not copy, record, resell, publish or distribute them, or use them to deliver training to others, without our written permission. The EdVixa name and logo are our property.

9. Third-party software and trademarks

Courses may reference software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Primavera, Tally, SAP, Zoho and others. All such product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. EdVixa provides training on the use of these tools and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of those vendors unless expressly stated.

10. Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, misuse the enquiry forms, or submit false information. Content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EdVixa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in a course. Our total liability in connection with any course is limited to the fees you paid for that course.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above. Continued use of the website or of our services means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
